WOM held their annual Christmas get together on Monday, December 5th. The evening began with a fun left-right game to remember our missionaries serving in the field. Then Lisa Honeycutt portrayed Lottie Moon and shared with the ladies the many sacrifices that Lottie made to be a missionary to the people of China. Afterward, ladies were encouraged to participate in the week of prayer that coincides with the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. Cookies were eaten and ornaments were exchanged before Bonnie Partin shared an encouraging devotion about unity and service. Carols were sung as the ladies went home with their souvenir ornament, featuring the recipe for Lottie Moon’s famous teacakes.
